What actually gets this resume read
- Say how many concurrent projects you support and their combined value, because coordinators are hired by workload.
- Name the project tools you use hands on, such as Procore, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, MS Project or Jira.
- Show document control explicitly if the sector expects it: drawings, RFIs, submittals, version control and distribution lists.
- Turn minutes and actions into a number, for example open actions tracked and the turnaround you hold yourself to.
- Include a bullet on something you set up rather than maintained, since that is what separates coordinator from administrator.
- If you want to move into project management, close the summary by naming that goal and any CAPM or PRINCE2 study underway.
